Les Paul Copy - First Act ME201

Name: Les Paul Copy - First Act ME201
Personality:

Please play me and tell me I don't look, feel, and most importantly sound like a Les Paul. I dare you. I am a gorgeous black/silver burst (honestly, I see green-grey tones as well). I am not a toy. I am a solid, heavily constructed, professional quality guitar. I just had a perfect set-up with new strings. I have a couple extra strings, some picks, a strap, a truss rod wrench, an instrument cable, and of course, a really nice gig bag.

My Features:
24.75 scale length
22 frets
low action
maple neck and body
silver nickel frets
rosewood finger board
m.o.p. dot inlays on neck
bolt on neck
Gibson style truss rod
tune-o-matic bridge
humbucker pick ups
classic cream colored appointments
flawless urethane finish
premium gig bag

Breed: Les Paul Copy
Pedigree: First Act
Age: 18 yrs.
Weight: 7 lbs 9 oz w/o gig bag. Bag is about another pound with the extras in it.
Origin: I was built in the First Act factory in Shenzhen, China. HQ was in Boston, MA.
Color: Black/Silver Burst
History:

I am the classic Gibson Les Paul design that has been copied since the 1970's (legally since the 1980's). My parents (First Act) were based in Boston and got a lot of hate through the years because some of my siblings (other guitars) and cousins (mainly band instruments) were sold through Walmart. My really distant relatives carry the "Discovery" moniker as well as "First Act." We don't really talk about that side of the family... You can read the family history here. Based on my serial number, I was born in 2006 in Shenzhen, China. I was rescued from Woodlawn Ohio in January of 2024. From the way I look, I was likely never played and probably stored in a closet since 2006.
